Crispy bacon, seasoned beef, and melted cheese baked into one delicious dish. It’s quick, keto-friendly, and a family favorite every time.

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

½ onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 eggs

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Pickles and mustard (optional for topping)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown beef with onion and garlic in a skillet; drain excess fat.

Spread into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle bacon on top.

Whisk eggs, cream, and seasoning, then pour over beef.

Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes until golden and set.
