2 lbs chicken breasts
3½ cups chicken broth
1 (4 oz) can green chiles
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin

½ tsp ground black pepper
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
