Keto Swedish Meatballs (Slow Cooker)

For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground pork

¼ cup grated Parmesan

1 egg

1 tsp allspice

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp ground black pepper

For the Sauce:

½ cup beef broth

½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup sour cream

4 oz cream cheese

Instructions

Make Meatballs: In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, Parmesan, egg, allspice, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch balls.

Slow Cook: Place meatballs in the slow cooker. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

Make Sauce: Remove meatballs and set aside. Add sour cream and cream cheese to the slow cooker. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Finish Cooking: Return meatballs to the slow cooker, stir gently to coat, and cook uncovered for 20–30 minutes more until sauce thickens.

Serve: Enjoy hot, over cauliflower mash or steamed veggies.
