Keto Shredded Buffalo Chicken

This slow cooker buffalo chicken is spicy, buttery, and packed with flavor—yet super simple to make. With minimal ingredients and no prep work, it’s a keto staple perfect for meal prep, lettuce wraps, or low-carb bowls.

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Buffalo sauce (sugar-free)

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

Combine Ingredients: Add chicken breasts, Buffalo sauce, butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.

Cook: Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours (or low for 6–7 hours), until chicken is tender.

Shred & Stir: Shred chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker and stir to coat evenly with the sauce.

Serve: Enjoy in lettuce wraps, on salads, or in a keto bun.
