4 oz salted butter, softened

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or keto sweetener of choice)

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2½ cups almond flour

1 tbsp baking powder

Topping

16 oz frozen peaches

4 oz salted butter, melted

½ cup powdered keto sweetener (1:1 blend)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

In a bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sweetener until smooth.

Mix in eggs and vanilla, then stir in almond flour and baking powder.

Spread batter in prepared dish.

Layer frozen peaches evenly on top.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter and powdered sweetener, then drizzle over peaches.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and center is set
