3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp milk of choice (dairy or unsweetened almond milk)
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 large eggs, room temperature
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and milk. Microwave in 30-second bursts until melted and smooth.
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and eggs. Mix into a sticky dough.
Divide into 6 portions, roll or press each into oval naan shapes.
