Keto Naan Bread (No Yeast!)

Soft, chewy, and golden—this keto naan bread skips the yeast but brings all the comfort. Whether you pair it with curry, use it for wraps, or snack on it with a smear of butter, it’s low-carb bread done right. Quick to make and even quicker to disappear.

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp milk of choice (dairy or unsweetened almond milk)

1 1/2 cups almond flour

1 tbsp baking powder

2 large eggs, room temperature

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and milk. Microwave in 30-second bursts until melted and smooth.

Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and eggs. Mix into a sticky dough.

Divide into 6 portions, roll or press each into oval naan shapes.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and firm.

Optional: brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic or herbs before serving.
