⅓ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped pecans
⅓ cup Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute
½ cup Bake Believe semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine walnuts, pecans, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, butter, egg yolks, vanilla, cinnamon, and Swerve.
