Keto Hamburger Broccoli Skillet

This dish brings back memories of weeknight dinners when time was short but hunger was big. My dad used to throw together ground beef and whatever veggies we had — and somehow it always turned out delicious. This keto version is hearty, cheesy, and ready in minutes!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

½ onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup heavy cream

Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Instructions

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in broccoli, seasonings, and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender.

Add cream and cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.

Serve hot straight from the skillet!
