1 lb ground beef
3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
½ onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in broccoli, seasonings, and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
Add cream and cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
