¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned.

Stir in broccoli florets and cook for 5–7 minutes, until just tender.

Add heavy cream and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
