When I made this for my dad on his birthday, he said it tasted just like the real thing—maybe even better! This Keto French Toast is a low-carb spin on the classic comfort we all grew up loving. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfect with a drizzle of sugar-free syrup. Start your day with a little indulgence, the keto way!

2 slices keto-friendly bread (or homemade chaffle)

2 eggs

2 tbsp heavy cream

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Butter for cooking

Optional: sugar-free syrup, berries, powdered erythritol

Instructions

In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, cream, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Dip bread slices into the mixture, coating both sides.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook bread for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
