1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
1–2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (as needed for consistency)
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Add almond milk slowly until mixture holds together.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a tray.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
