4 large eggs
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1–2 tbsp sweetener of choice (erythritol or monk fruit)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small loaf pan.
In a blender or bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Pour mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
