A bigger batch of creamy, smoky goodness—this scaled-up keto deviled egg salad is perfect for gatherings, meal prep, or satisfying your snack cravings all week long. It’s rich, tangy, and totally low-carb comfort in a bowl.

16 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled (or your favorite bacon)

1 cup mayonnaise (adjust as needed)

⅓ cup diced red onions

1½ tbsp Dijon mustard

3 tbsp sliced chives

⅓ tsp salt (or to taste)

⅓ tsp black pepper

⅓ tsp paprika

Instructions

Chop the Eggs: Add chopped eggs to a large bowl.
