Keto Crispy Cream Cheese Roll-Ups

These roll-ups are like churros met cheesecake—only keto-friendly and crisped to perfection. With creamy, sweetened cream cheese inside and a cinnamon “sugar” crunch outside, they’re the perfect quick treat for when you want dessert without the carb crash. Ideal for parties, late-night cravings, or a cozy snack!

6 small low-carb tortillas (street taco size)

5 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup Swerve Confectioners sugar substitute

¼ cup Swerve Granulated sugar substitute

2 tsp cinnamon, divided

4 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

Mix softened cream cheese with Swerve Confectioners and 1 tsp cinnamon until smooth.

Spread the mixture evenly onto tortillas and roll them up tightly.

Combine Swerve Granulated and remaining 1 tsp cinnamon in a shallow dish.

Brush each roll-up with melted butter, then roll in cinnamon “sugar.”

Place in an air fryer at 375°F for 5–6 minutes or bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
