Keto Crack Chicken

The name says it all—this dish is dangerously delicious. Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with smoky bacon and herbs, it’s a keto favorite that never gets old. It’s the kind of meal you make once, then crave again and again.

Bacon & Chicken:

4 slices thick-cut bacon, diced

2 tbsp butter

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper to taste

Cream Cheese Mixture:

½ cup cream cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp dried dill

½ tsp dried chives

Topping & Garnish:

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh dill, chopped

Green onion, chopped

Instructions

In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and chives until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken breasts in the skillet.

Top with cheddar cheese and cooked bacon. Cover and cook on low until cheese is melted, about 3–5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh dill and green onion before serving.
