This Keto Crack Chicken is pure low-carb comfort—juicy chicken breasts smothered in a creamy, cheesy, herby filling, and topped with crispy bacon. It’s rich, savory, and addictive in the best way. Serve it over cauliflower rice or enjoy straight from the skillet!

Ingredients

For the Chicken:
• 4 small chicken breasts
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp oil
• 4 slices bacon, chopped
• 1 tbsp butter
• 6 oz shredded cheese (cheddar or a mix)

For the Cream Cheese Filling:
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• ⅛ tsp celery salt
• ¼ tsp dried dill

Instructions

Prep Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Sear: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

Cook Bacon: In the same pan, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain.

Make Filling: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, and dill.

Assemble: Return chicken to skillet. Top each breast with cream cheese mixture, shredded cheese, and cooked bacon.

Melt & Finish: Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melty.

Serve: Spoon extra melted cheese over top and serve warm.
