These Keto Churro Waffles bring back memories of fairground churros—crispy, cinnamon-dusted joy. But this time, it’s all low-carb and totally guilt-free! I made these for brunch once, and my sister thought I was cheating on keto. Perfect with coffee or as a sweet treat, they’re warm, fluffy, and oh-so-satisfying.
2 large eggs
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon Topping:
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp erythritol + 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (mixed)
Preheat your waffle maker.
Blend all waffle ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter into waffle maker and cook until golden (about 3–4 minutes).
Brush cooked waffle with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon “sugar” mixture.
Serve warm—perfect on its own or with a drizzle of sugar-free syrup!
