Keto Cheeseburger Casserole

This casserole is everything you love about a cheeseburger—savory beef, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and that signature “secret sauce”—but without the bun or carb crash. Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 onion, diced

4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped pickles

For the sauce topping:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 eggs

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.

Spread beef in a greased casserole dish. Top with bacon, pickles, and cheese.

In a bowl, whisk together mayo, mustard, tomato paste, and eggs. Pour evenly over the beef mixture.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
