Keto Butter Chicken Meatballs

Juicy, spiced chicken meatballs simmered in a rich, creamy butter chicken sauce — this keto twist on a classic Indian favorite is bold, comforting, and low in carbs. Perfect over cauliflower rice or on its own, these meatballs bring all the flavor without the carb load.

Instructions

Make Meatballs: Mix ground chicken, onion, pork panko, egg, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.

Cook Meatballs: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear meatballs until browned and cooked through (about 5–7 mins). Set aside.

Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Stir in tomato purée, paste, spices, and broth. Simmer for 10 mins.

Finish with Cream: Stir in heavy cream and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.

Combine: Add meatballs back into sauce, coat well, and simmer 5 more minutes.

Garnish & Serve: Top with fresh cilantro or parsley. Enjoy over cauliflower rice or alone!
