Grilled, juicy beef meets cool, creamy mozzarella and sweet cherry tomatoes—these Keto Beef Caprese Skewers are the perfect mix of savory and fresh. Finished with basil and a drizzle of balsamic, they’re elegant enough for entertaining and easy enough for any weeknight.

1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)

Fresh basil leaves

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan (or use air fryer at 400°F/200°C).

Toss beef cubes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Thread beef, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves alternately onto skewers.

Grill or air fry skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until beef is cooked to your liking.

Drizzle with a little extra olive oil or balsamic before serving.
