6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
6 thin slices cheddar cheese
3 slices cooked bacon, halved
½ avocado, mashed
½ tsp lime juice
½ tsp cumin
Prepare avocado mash: In a small bowl, mash avocado with lime juice and cumin until smooth.
Slice eggs: Cut each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise.
