Savory, satisfying, and bun-free—these Keto Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sliders are a low-carb dream. With creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and sharp cheddar all nestled between slices of hard-boiled egg, they make the perfect protein-packed snack or quick breakfast bite.

6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

6 thin slices cheddar cheese

3 slices cooked bacon, halved

½ avocado, mashed

½ tsp lime juice

½ tsp cumin

Instructions

Prepare avocado mash: In a small bowl, mash avocado with lime juice and cumin until smooth.

Slice eggs: Cut each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise.

Assemble sliders: Spread a bit of avocado mash on the flat side of one egg half. Top with cheese, half a bacon slice, and another egg half (flat side down) to form a slider.

Repeat to make 6 sliders. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

Serve immediately or chill for later snacking.
