6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

6 thin slices cheddar cheese

3 slices cooked bacon, halved (6 pieces total)

½ avocado, mashed

½ tsp lime juice

½ tsp ground cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional garnish: chopped chives, parsley, hot sauce

Instructions

Make the avocado mash: In a small bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Slice the eggs: Cut each egg in half horizontally to create “buns.”

Assemble sliders: On the bottom egg half, layer cheddar, bacon, and a dollop of avocado mash. Top with the other egg half.

Serve: Secure with a toothpick. Garnish with chives or hot sauce if desired. Serve chilled or at room temp.
