1 tbsp olive oil
½ medium onion, chopped
4 celery stalks, chopped
1 lb ground beef
4 cups cabbage, shredded
1 garlic clove, minced
2 oz fresh spinach, thinly sliced
4 cups beef broth
4 cups water
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Sauté Base: In a large pot over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onion and celery. Cook for 3 minutes until softened.
