Garlic Herb Chicken
2–3 bone-in chicken thighs or legs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
Caramelized Carrots
2 cups baby carrots
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Salt to taste
Green Beans
2 cups green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Chicken: Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub chicken with oil and seasoning. Roast 35–40 mins until golden and cooked through.
