Garlic Herb Chicken

23 bone-in chicken thighs or legs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried rosemary

1/2 tsp thyme

Salt & pepper to taste

Caramelized Carrots

2 cups baby carrots

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Salt to taste

Green Beans

2 cups green beans, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Chicken: Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub chicken with oil and seasoning. Roast 35–40 mins until golden and cooked through.

Carrots: Sauté carrots in butter over medium heat for 10 mins. Add honey and toss to glaze.

Green Beans: Sauté green beans with olive oil and garlic until crisp-tender, 6–8 mins. Season well.
