Garlic Butter Steak Bites

This comforting plate is hearty, packed with flavor, and surprisingly easy to whip up. Juicy garlic butter steak cubes pair beautifully with creamy cheesy mash and cayenne-kissed green beans. A meal worth savoring bite by bite.

Steak Bites

1 lb sirloin or ribeye, cut into cubes

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: splash of Worcestershire or soy sauce

Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

3 medium potatoes, peeled & chopped

2 tbsp butter

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Salt to taste

Cayenne Pepper Green Beans

2 cups green beans, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Salt & cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

Potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender. Drain, mash with butter, milk, cheese, and salt until smooth and creamy.

Steak Bites: In a hot skillet, melt butter and sear steak cubes 2–3 mins per side. Add garlic and sauté until golden. Season well.

Green Beans: Sauté green beans in olive oil with cayenne, salt, and pepper until tender but crisp (about 6–8 mins).
