Ingredients

1 lb chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

2 eggs

2 tbsp heavy cream

1 cup almond flour

Salt & pepper to taste

Your favorite keto-friendly spices (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, etc.)

Instructions

Slice chicken thighs into tender-sized strips.

In a bowl, whisk eggs with heavy cream until smooth.

In another bowl, mix almond flour, salt, pepper, and spices.

Dip chicken in the egg wash, then coat in the almond flour mixture.

Lay tenders on a greased baking sheet or air fryer basket.

Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Flip halfway for even crisp!
