Crispy Keto Cauliflower Tots

These cheesy, golden bites are the ultimate comfort keto snack. Perfectly crisp outside and soft inside, they’re a total crowd-pleaser—whether tucked into a lunchbox, served with dip on game day, or added to your snack board. Bonus: they crisp up beautifully in the air fryer!

Ingredients

2 cups cauliflower rice (steamed and squeezed dry)

1 egg

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan

¼ cup almond flour

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Steam cauliflower rice, then wrap in a towel and squeeze out all moisture.

In a bowl, mix cauliflower, egg, cheeses, almond flour, and seasonings until combined.

Scoop and shape into small tot-like cylinders.

Air Fryer: Cook at 400°F for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway.
Oven: Bake at 425°F for 20–25 mins until golden and crisp.

Serve warm with sugar-free ketchup, ranch, or spicy mayo.
