1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
8 slices bacon, diced
1.5 lbs ground beef
4 celery stalks, diced
¼ cup fresh oregano, chopped
¼ cup fresh marjoram, chopped
1.5 cups tomato sauce (no sugar added)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt & pepper, to taste
Sauté Aromatics: In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and onion. Cook until caramelized.
