4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
8 slices of bacon
Optional: fresh herbs (parsley, chives) or a dash of hot sauce
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional herbs or hot sauce in a bowl.
