Bacon-Wrapped BBQ Meatballs (Keto & Summer-Ready)

These bite-sized beauties are everything we love about summer grilling — smoky, saucy, and wrapped in bacon. Made with a mix of beef and pork, slow-cooked to juicy perfection in sugar-free BBQ sauce, they’re low in carbs and high in flavor. Whether it’s a party platter, meal prep, or a midweek treat, these meatballs always disappear fast.

1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 lb ground pork

1 egg

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

810 slices bacon, halved

1/2 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce

Instructions

Mix beef, pork, egg, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl. Roll into 1.5-inch meatballs.

Wrap each meatball with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place in a slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce over top.

Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or until meatballs are cooked through and bacon is tender.

Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
