2 cups carrots, cut into sticks or coins

1 tbsp cooking oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

In a bowl, toss carrots with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender and lightly browned.

Sprinkle Parmesan over hot carrots and serve immediately.
