AIR FRYER BROCCOLI

Crispy, garlicky, and absolutely addictive—this air fryer broccoli is a fast and flavorful side that turns a humble veggie into a snack-worthy star. With golden edges, zesty garlic, and a touch of heat or cheese, it’s a must-try for any meal.

1 head broccoli, cut into florets

2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C).

Season the Broccoli: In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

Air Fry: Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and browned on the edges.

Finish & Serve: Sprinkle with Parmesan and drizzle with lemon juice if desired. Serve hot.
